What is the FLXA402 Multi-Channel 4-Wire Analyzer?

The FLXA402 is an industrial analyzer (or “converter”) designed by Yokogawa for continuous online measurement of various liquid parameters. It supports 4-wire sensor connections and can handle multiple sensors (up to five) simultaneously, thereby reducing the number of separate analyzers needed in a plant.

Because of its modular design, it can support sensors for different measurement types (pH, ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, etc.) in one unit.

Its architecture allows for maintenance or sensor replacement without shutting down the entire measurement line, which is valuable in process control environments where uptime is critical.
